Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between you and SathsServices LLC for US Hindu Rituals: the website ushindurituals.com, the iOS app, and the Android app (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Downloading the iOS app is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where that agreement applies. Downloading the Android app is also covered by the Google Play Terms of Service. If those store terms conflict with these Terms on a point that only the store controls, the store terms control that point.

US Hindu Rituals helps you find Hindu pooja and homam services, panchangam, festivals, sankalpam guidance, and related information from Sri Shyam Sharma, a freelance Hindu priest. Vendor pages list independent providers. A booking form is a request. It is confirmed only when Sri Shyam Sharma or the listed provider accepts it. Fees, travel, and ceremony details are agreed separately before the service.

Panchangam, muhurtam, and astrology content are traditional religious information. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and they are not a promise of a particular result.

• Provide accurate contact and booking details.
• Use the Services only for lawful, personal or family religious needs.
• Do not misuse chat, reviews, or vendor tools, or attempt to break the Services.
• You are responsible for activity under a website account you sign in to.

The iOS and Android apps do not require an account. Website sign-in is optional and is used for saved charts, chat history, and vendor tools. You may ask us to delete a website account by emailing poojariusa@gmail.com.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services on devices you own or control. We do not sell the apps to you. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Services except where the law does not allow that limit.

Text, photos, audio, pooja guides, and software in the Services belong to SathsServices LLC or its licensors. You may not republish them without permission.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you and we agree that:

• These Terms are between you and SathsServices LLC only, not with Apple.
• The license covers use of the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as Apple’s usage rules allow.
• SathsServices LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the app and for any maintenance or support.
• If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Any other claim, loss, or liability related to the app is our responsibility, not Apple’s.
• SathsServices LLC, not Apple, is responsible for product claims and for intellectual property claims about the app.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government restricted-party list.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, these Terms are between you and SathsServices LLC, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content. Google is a third-party beneficiary of the store terms that apply to the download.

The Services can open WhatsApp, email, phone, maps, or a vendor’s own contact method. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, vendor businesses, or ceremonies performed by someone other than Sri Shyam Sharma.

The Services are provided “as is.” Panchangam timings depend on the place and calculation method you select. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SathsServices LLC and Sri Shyam Sharma are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make from religious or astrological information. Our total liability for a claim about the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific pooja or listing giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may uninstall the app. We may suspend access if these Terms are broken. Sections that should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SathsServices LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court holds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
